I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly professional and kind, always going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The spacious and comfortable room provided enhanced comfort, and I really appreciated the beautiful mountain view. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the restaurant served superb food, and the service was top-notch. I was impressed with the quality of service and the comfort provided at this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. It offers great amenities such as a spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna.

The breakfast buffet and restaurant food were good. the hotel also had a bar and patio area to enjoy the views. the rooms were spacious with balconies.

The location was quite remote and the shower was subpar. Accessibility with transport was an issue.

Great food and clean rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby lakes and towns. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the views are breathtaking. Plus, the large balconies are a great touch.

The industrial surroundings are not ideal for a relaxing getaway. the bed was uncomfortably hard and the pillows were thin.

This hotel is located in a convenient location close to many tourist attractions and the beautiful Lake Como. the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and featured excellent views of the surrounding mountains. the service is professional and exceptionally friendly. the hotel boasts a great bar and restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite Italian cuisine.

Some of the facilities in the hotel are old-fashioned and outdated and might not be everyone's cup of tea.
